Booking Confirmation : For any booking, we request the customer to call on +230 5473 8365  to verify availability before booking as mautropik will not be responsible if ever the date is subject of an unavailability.Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your itinerary, including accommodations, car services, and activities. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies. 

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • No Cancellation: All bookings are final. No cancellations, changes, or refunds are permitted unless in the case of a force majeure event.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions, you may be eligible for a credit towards future travel, subject to our review.

5. Modifications
